No change, turned off my controller, turned off my phone wifi, I think it's a console problem. I've tried disabling my wifi entirely to eliminate any type of interference. I just bought this headset maybe a week or two ago and the problems have persisted throughout. I'm literally getting the same exact problem. Some posts say it is interference with my router or cell phone? Microsoft recommended the headset, is it really cutting out because of my wifi? Any help or insight would be appreciated, I don't want to have to go out and get a new (wired) headset. Everything I find on the issue says something about the controller, but I don't believe my headset is connected to my controller at all. I have to turn the headset off and then back on again to reconnect, and I tell the xbox which user is using it will come on for a little while then cut back out. It connects, but then is very choppy and frequently just turns off. I just got me new XBOX Series X, (finally!) and my Arctis 9x headset is wonky.
